How to check if you have access to the email or phone you registered with TikTok

Step 1: Go to the TikTok app and tap “Profile.”

Step 2: Tap the menu button.

Step 3: Tap “Settings and privacy”.

Step 4: Tap “Manage account”.

Step 5: Here you will find the phone number and email that you connected with to TikTok.

Step 6: Check if you have access to this email address (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc) and phone number.

**We don't recommend using local mail providers like “Walla”, 10min mail, or any other similar provider.

If you don't have access to your email address associated with your TikTok account

Step 1: Tap on your previous Email Address.

Step 2: Tap “Change email”.

Step 3: Tap “Can’t access this email address?”

Step 4: Enter the 6-digit code you got by the other method of authentication, your phone number using SMS.

Step 5: Enter the new email address and “Send code”.

Step 6: Go to the Email address you provided and enter the code you received in the box

Step 7: Now, you have access to your Email Address connected to TikTok.
