How to set up 2FA on TikTok (Two-Factor Authentication)

Step 1: Go to the TikTok app and tap “Profile.”

Step 2: Tap the menu button.
Step 3: Tap “Settings and privacy”.
Step 4: Tap “Security and login”.
Step 5: Tap “2-step verification”.

Step 6: Now you need at least 2 methods, SMS and Email. Tap on both options and press “Turn on”.

SMS authentication (Suggested)

Step 1: Enter your phone number.

Step 2: An SMS will be sent with a 6-digit code, enter that code in the box.

Step 3: Great! You successfully added Two-Factor Authentication to your TikTok account.

Email authentication

Step 1: Enter your email address.

Step 2: An email will be sent with a 6-digit code, enter that code in the box.

Step 3: Great! You successfully added Two-Factor Authentication to your TikTok account.
