How to stop access to 3rd party apps on Instagram

Desktop

Step 1: We recommend you delete any 3rd party app on your mobile that is connected to your Instagram account.

Step 2: After doing so, access your account via computer.

Step 3: Tap on your Profile Picture.

Step 4: Tap on "Settings”

Step 5: Tap on "Apps and Websites”

Step 6: Tap on "Active" and remove all unauthorized application access to your account (except SMiP).

Step 3: Tap on “Apps and websites”.

Step 4: Tap on “Active”.
